What do you think about Pawlenty's "Google Test"?

Why do we even need a government? Why is Pawlenty even a congressman? Why does he want to be president of a governmentless country? Maybe we should just end congress and the presidency of the u.s. too? Maybe microsoft and at&t can just take over.
