Windows XP Duel Monitor's Issue?

Is the monitor compatible with the computer? Make sure it is plugged in properly and restart the computer. if that doesn't work go through the display troubleshooter by clicking start > Help and Support and typing Display troubleshooter in the search box. Then click 'I am having a problem with the multiple monitor feature' and follow the steps. Hope this helps! :)
