What should I do with an incompetent teacher?

I don't understand how the fact that YOUR rough draft had errors means your teacher is incompetent. I do agree that it sounds like it was graded pretty tough. I thought rough drafts were usually graded as done appropriately or not, rather than evaluated. Did you know the draft was going to be graded? It should not have had grammatical errors, though. Those are pretty standard requirements for writing sentences.
