Looking for a good Computer Gaming build?

Saving up for a Gaming Computer Desktop. I was hoping some of you Computer experts would give me the specs for a great build. To be quite honest all I really know is that I want duel graphics cards. Any help would be awesome! Pricing hopefully around 1500-2800.
