How to get a passing grade on the AP US TEST with 2 days of studying?

I know I probably seem like a typical student just procastinating but I had greater priorities. My grandmother is very ill with stage 4 lung cancer that has spread. We have family in town from out of state. So needless to say, I have been very preoccupied and am very behind in my studying. My teacher is horrible. This teacher only got to ww1 and briefly ww2 and thinks we should be getting about one hour of sleep each night right now. I usually am determined to get 4s/5s on my ap test but being that I have not been able to adequately study and that my teacher has not provided an adequate preparation, what you would recogmend for a 2 day cramming session? Obviously, I am going to cover as much as I can. Thank you so much!
