How to delete a vires file in Linux that won't delete? need help ASAP!!!!?

one of my computers got a vires and i need to delete it (I have duel boot xp and Debian Linux) so i go in to Debian and there are two extra users that you don't see in windows and that I didn't add named "local service" and "network service" and when you try to delete 'em an error pops up saying "cannot be moved to trash, would you like to delete immediately" and if you click "delete" another pop-up comes up and says "error while deleting" and it the "show more details" button says "operation not permitted" so I need help ASAP, any ideas would help!!!!
